Delivery
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We try our best to cook all our orders fresh upon order so do expect to receive within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed (depending on how busy we are)
How much do I need to order for free delivery?
For orders from $80 and above, delivery is FREE
Must someone be home for the delivery?
Do note that our products are delivered frozen and we highly recommend someone to be home when receiving the product.
Our delivery is fulfilled by NinjaVan, the delivery personnel will contact you if they are unable to reach someone at home and the parcel will not be left outside your house without your permission. We will no longer be responsible for the change in quality of products if you request for the parcel to be left outside.
Subscription
How does your subscription work?
Our subscription makes it easy to keep your pup’s meals consistent without the hassle of reordering each time.
You can set your packs to be delivered every 1–5 weeks. Payments are billed automatically based on your chosen interval. You may edit or cancel your subscription anytime. Once payment is processed, we’ll proceed to fulfill your order.
When do I get my delivery for my subscription?
Your subscription deliveries will always arrive on the same day and timeslot you selected. For example, if you choose 'Deliver every 1 week' with a Friday 3–6 pm timeslot, your order will arrive every Friday during that time. If you prefer a different day for each delivery, please indicate this in the notes at checkout or contact us via WhatsApp/Instagram after placing your order.
How do I view my purchased subscription plan?
Under your account which can be accessed under the drop down menu, click on "Manage Subscriptions"

Can I remove ingredients my dog is allergic to?
All our recipes are formulated by a nutritionist to meet AAFCO guidelines to ensure right amount of nutrients for the dogs. Therefore, we are unable to provide any customisation of ingredients as it may affect the nutritional balance of our food.
Are the food packs raw?
We do not sell any raw food products. All our packs are gently cooked using the sous-vide method at 75℃ to retain moisture and nutrients, ensuring our food packs stay yummy for our dogs!
Are there any preservatives?
We use whole human-grade products with no preservatives or additives

How long can the meal pack last for?
Store in the freezer at constant temperature of -18℃, our meal packs can last up to 6 months.
How to thaw?
For hassle-free thawing, place our packs in the chiller overnight. We recommend keeping 2 days’ worth inside as a backup. If you forget, submerge the packs in water to defrost quickly. For dogs that prefer warm food, use warm–hot (not boiling) water to retain nutrients.
Can unfinished packs be kept for later?
Unfinished food in the pack should be kept in the chiller (preferably in an airtight container) to be consumed within 48 hours.
How to portion the packs?
Our packs come as a whole chunk so you can easily break them into halves, thirds or quarters depending on your dog’s meal size. No weighing needed. Keep unopened packs in an airtight container in the chiller and consume within 48 hours.

Safe for puppies and senior dogs?
Our products are only suitable for dogs above 4 months old.

Do you offer custom pack sizes?
Unfortunately we are trying our best to have as many sizes as possible but we currently only offer 100g and 200g sizing and cannot accommodate for special requests.
Can my dog sample the packs first?
There is no minimum order, but we recommend purchasing our trial pack of 3 (under our "Trial Pack Bundles") so your pet can try our food before ordering more.
